As a French artist passionate about gastronomy and eager for innovation, I sought to adapt this Italian technique to contemporary tastes. Tired of American industrial ice creams, laden with preservatives and artificial colors, I took on the challenge of creating healthy and authentic sorbets, bringing the delicacy and elegance of Europe to the United States.

Our Fruttini are crafted entirely by hand. Each fruit is carefully selected for its quality, delicately hollowed out by hand, filled with a sorbet made of fresh fruits, mineral water, and organic cane sugar, then returned to its own natural casing. This traditional method highlights the authenticity and freshness of the fruits while preserving their original appearance. With an exceptional content of over 60% fruit in each sorbet, we far exceed the standards of the American market, where sorbets typically contain a much lower proportion of fruit.
